During our initial contact with the homeowner, we’re gathering important general information about the project determining whether the project is a good fit for both parties.
By building the team prior to starting design, Eric Ingram Homes can work with the design team to ensure buildability, budget, and energy efficiency.
Once the construction agreement is signed we can schedule pre-consturction meeting and finalize construction start date.
By establishing realistic expectations throughout the entire construction process, you gain greater control over the project’s budget, timeline, and ultimately its outcome.
